BE on Win XP Pro crashes on install

Hello. I am trying to install BE 2010 on a Win XP Pro SP2. However during or sometimes after the installation windows always crashes with  the BSOD
STOP: c000021a {Fatal SubSystem Error}
The Windows SubSystem system process terminated with a status of 0xC000005 ...

I have only selected the documentation and a MS SQL Express, so it is quite minimal.
I have tried it on two computers (one VMware player) with the same result. There could of course be something wrong with my installation cd, I dowloaded the iso but I can't find any checksum for it.
Does anyone have experience with install on XP Pro or something similar during install?

Hi Erik,

Windows XP SP2 is supported as a media server installation according to the Backup Exec 2010 SCL.
I have attached the link again to the download:

http://www.symantec.com/offer?a_id=91523

You might have some sort of corruption which could have happened during downloading. If it installs on another OS, then it is an issue with XP itself.
The only thing mentioned on the Symantec website is that certain ports need to be opened to enable communication.
