I have selected the Information Store to be backed up on our server (Exchange 2003) and selected the options for granular backup/restore. Server is Windows 2003 r2.
Job runs fine, with no exceptions or errors reported on the logs
I go to restore a users e-mail inbox today, but her name is not in the list of availble mailboxes to restore from!.
On checking through the list of mailboxes not being backed up, it seems that there are 15 (out of about 100) that are not being backed up to tape.
I have checked on account and I know that her account is active, mailbox is present in System Manager in Exchange and she is logged on at the moment.
The Information Store is selected in its entirety on Job selections.
Anyone got any ideas?
