BE12.5 licence DOWNgrade???

We had purchased BE11d about a year ago. Unfortunately there were some shipment issues and we never received the remote agent licence keys. Recently we ordered new licence keys for the remote agent, and received them but they are for BE12.5. How can we get a downgrade to BE11d. The friendly people of Dell informed us that we should be able to get a downgrade for the licence keys so that they would work on our servers which have BE11d installed.

Any ideas?

It may be worth you calling Symantec Customer Services direct, and explain the situation to them - at least you'll get the answer straight from the horse's mouth.
