BE12 CASO Communication Problems



I'm evaluating BE12 CASO on a customer and it's not working properly.

The MMS is a Windows 2003 64-bits server and the CASO is a Windows XP SP3 32-bits (PT-BR) at a different site. The servers are connected through a point-to-point link.

After the communications were established, I could see all the alerts, the backup-to-disk-folder and the replicated catalog on the CASO console. The problem is I cannot see any of the backup jobs configured in the MMS, the job history neither delegating any jobs to the MMS.

I believe it's not a firewall issue since I can see replicated data on the CASO server.


Has anybody seen this kind of behaviour ?
