BE15 custom report run get unknown reason 10

On our BE15 FP4 server.

When I try to run a newly created custom report and got:

The server was unable to complete the requested operation.

Unknown reason 10

Calling Method 'ExecuteReportJobWithArgs'

Update to FP5 and try again

It is possible the report XML files generated are missing or corrupt. Please check if the folder " HTML " under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SaveReports exists. if it exists rename the folder and then re-create the "HTML" folder.
