BE15 redirected VM restore ESX5.5

Hello.

How to make restored virtual machine operating again after you restore it into a folder?

I restore VM into a folder. Mount a datastore to ESXi5.5 using NFS. Browsing datastore looking for .vmx file, right click on it "add to inventory". After it i have VM, looking like the same backed up VM. After power on i see error in my vSphere: "error Cannot power on srvTEST00. Failed to open disk scsi0:0: Unsupported or invalid disk type 7. Ensure that the disk has been imported."
What should i do else after VM folder redirect restoring to make my VM usable again?

P.S. redirect restoring to ESXi works perfect.

Thank you for reply.
I have already saw that KB. After converting vmdk file vm starts to work normally.
Why BE restores VM into the folder in the format not compatible with ESXi5.5?
It is nonsense!

It depends...what version of VMware are you backing up from?
