BE16 Installation Problems - Authentication failing

Okay so i got the task to solve the Problem that we have installing Veritas Backup Exec 16.

Everything is fine up until the point the software asks for the Login Credentials for the Local Domain Account to Install the software.

We have 2 Administrator Accounts in that Domain and neither of them seem to be working. We typed everything in correctly, checked it multiple times and we always get the following error:

"Unable to authenticate with the user and password information given for *User*"

We can log in through an rdp session with said Login Credentials just fine, but the software won't accept them.

Any Ideas?

Make sure that the id that you used have the rights given in the document below

As a trouble-shooting step, you might want to try using the default domain admin id.

Okay we haven't replied for a while, but that's not due to the problem being solved, but for other reasons.

So we did make sure that the Admin accounts have the sufficient rights to do what has to be done, one of which is infact the default domain admin.

Any other steps we can take to solve our issue?
