BE20.1: backing up bitlocker enabled drive and support for Windows version 1809 (April 2018 update)

Hi,

I appreciate the feedback to these two questions.

Q1: Does BE20.1 support backing up a Windows drive that has bitlocker enabled? If it does, does BE disable the bitlocker automatically before backup or you have to disable the bitlocker drive manually yourself?

Q2: When do we plan to support Windows 10 ver. 1809 (April 2018 Update) for our agent? It's not listed in our SCL yet.

Never mind. I found the answer to Q1. You need to disable bitlocker before backup and you have to do this manually. For Q2, I found out that support for Windows 10 ver. 1803 (not 1809) is planned for the upcoming BE20.2 release (sometime in mid-August).
