BE2012 HowTo create a job with BEMCLI, Duplicate BackupSets

What cmdline can be used to create a job and duplicate backupsets from a specific date/time.

With the GUI i can select all Backup Sets for a specific date and create a duplicate job to Tape.

I would like to create this job with a cmdline and start the duplicate with bemcli?

Any idea how this simple task can be accomplished?

Dont have much hands on BEMCLI . But can read the following article by PKH

There is no BEMCLI cmdlet to submit a duplicate job.  There is only a cmdlet to add a duplicate stage.
