BE2012: Incremental duplicate job cancels by itself

Keep getting strange behavior from one single Windows 2008 machine when I try to duplicate the job from disk to tape:

Job ended: 19. april 2012 at 01:18:44

Completed status: Canceled

The job was canceled because the response to a media request alert was Cancel, or because the alert was configured to automatically respond with Cancel, or because the Backup Exec Job Engine service was stopped.

Incrementals run to disk just fine, Full backups can be duplicated without incident.

Do you see any unattended alerts in the alerts tab of Backup Exec.

Nope that was my own initial suggestion aswell. It just runs for around 4min, duplicating about 380mb of data. The backup set is around 12gb.

I just noticed it's the System State that is failing to duplicate, files duplicate fine it seems.

Bump, issue is still not resolved

Issues has now magically (?) resolved itself, nothing changed, but suddenly duplicates work just fine.
