I've got a Incremental backup job running on the Exchange store that seems to hang on 'Updating Catalogs'. It appears that the job has completed backing up data but it hangs at this point. I've got GRT enabled because I want to be able to restore individual mailboxes so no option to turn that off.
Does anybody know where I could start looking?

We have the same problem, are you using a deduplication disk as backup destination?

No deduplication setup, the hardware requirements for that are a bit crazy and I don't have those kinds of resources available.

The backup job failed at about the 3 hour mark. The error returned this time referred to the following article: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH141370&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1348168617531
This did not resolve the issue.
Anybody else have any luck?
