BE2012 jobs stay in queue

Hello;

I have Backup Exec 2012 running on a VM.  The operating system is a Windows Server 2008R2 Standard. The tape drive is a Dell PVT132.  

In storage I see the following; 
Robotic library 0002
          Tape drive 0001 
          DELL PV-132T-SDLT320

          Tape drive 0002
           DELL PV-132T-SDLT320

If I start a job, tape Drive will light green but the media gets there. You will see in the attachments that the tape leaves storage but after 20 mins, the job still stays in queue.

also, If i inventroy tapes - it turns all tapes into Cleaning Media. These are brand new tapes, never used.

here is what is looks like during a Inventory. Tape drives see there is media but not responding to barcodes.

This config (where BE is installed on a VM AND you are backing up to a tape storage) is not completely supported - https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH130609.html

VMware ESX 5.x and above does not support tape drive access from a VM and I believe it is the same with Hyper-V. Hence your configuration is not supported by BE
