Hi,
we lost one media server and then installed the last BE, with the lastest updates, installed a new device (HP LTO5) and the backups works fine on the new server. In this new MediaServer, we installed also the 'Microsoft Exchange 2007 Management Tools' (from spk3 package) + 'Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1'.
Now we need restore one INBOX folder from a specific MAILBOX, but show the following message:

Final error: 0xe0001216 - Unable to Backup Exec to create the necessary extraction of granular data in future restore operations temporary files. Verify that the credentials specified for this backup have write access to the BIN folder on the application server or the DATA sub-folder if it exists.

I´m using a AD Account which is Domain Admin and his mailbox at Exchange is not hidden; the mailbox for BackupExec account also is a member of this groups and not hidden, also this account is member of local group 'Administrators' on this media server.

* the media server has only one HardDrive (C:) with 182GB available and that Database has 110GB. The 'temp' path is 'c:\temp'.
