"""Service  "Backup Exec Management Service" just won,t start"""

HI,

My backup froze last night

(windows 2012R2  update to date )

-Can,t even logging to the Be interface.
-Ask my for passord but still won,t log.
-Stopped and restarted all services using the services mmc and / or BEutility still no success

My main problem is that I can't even restart all services
Also BE2014  run on a live server and cannot be rebooted during day time

I have this erroir in my event viewer :

An exception occured starting remoting services for Backup Exec Management Service: System.ServiceModel.AddressAlreadyInUseException: There is already a listener on IP endpoint [::]:50104. Make sure that you are not trying to use this endpoint multiple times in your application and that there are no other applications listening on this endpoint. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoBind(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress) at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP) at System.ServiceModel.Channels.SocketConnectionListener.Listen() --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at BackupExec.Management.Server.RemotingManager.ActivateHosts() at BackupExec.Management.Server.ServerCommon.Start()

In BE2012,  I had a similar issue  but I could restart services using the following command in a batch file
==============================================================================
@echo on
CD "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec"    bemcmd -o503
net stop "SQL Server (BKUPEXEC)"
net start "SQL Server (BKUPEXEC)"
CD "C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec"    bemcmd -o502
pause
===============================================================================

Now  with BE2014, can.t even do that anymore :((

 Helppppppppppp!!!!!
