BE2014 on Server 2012 R2 - Job says Agent used: no

Morning All

I have a Server 2012 R2 using Dell LTO 5 drive, running BackupExec 2014. Licences for Advanced Open File Option and Hyper-V.

I'm backing up a Hyper-V VM over the network to tape. Backup completes successfuly, however the Job History says Agent used: no.

It also says AOFO used: no.

Is this correct?

Backup performance is slower thna I would like, getting around 2,500 MB/min, so I want to make sure everything is configured correctly.

It would say this if you were'nt doing an agent-level backup with the RAWS agent installed. Is this the case? THat you're doing a normal VM-level backup?

Did you install the remote agent in the VM's? Did you select the VM's from under the VM host? Check AOF is enabled in the job
