BE2014 - using new free media

Hi,

i am new to BE2014 and not very familar with this product yet.

The setup and adding of new server worked like charm. I have createt a backup job, where the date is backed up to local disk and afterwards at saturday weekly to tape.

The tapes are provided by a hp msl with 48 slots. All tapes are within a pool called temp. media or similar (is created autom. by BE2014-setup)

My question is: Will BE use, when the B2tape job is running the first time, automatically the media from the temp. pool mentioned above even the job is pointed to media pool "4 weeks" or do i have manually link the free media to the landing pool?

The referenced document shows how BE gets overwritable tapes to use for the backup job.  Once the job is done, the tape(s) would be automatically moved to the media set targeted by the job.
