BEWS 12.5 not showing 24 slots

Hey guys,

Im having an issue with BEWS not showing all 24 slots on our Overland ArcVault24. All im seeing is 23 slots, and i know i turned off the i/e element slot so I could utilize all 24 slots. Ive tried multiple reboots on the tape library and no luck still... Anyone know whats up ?

Have you check and set the reserved slot to "0"?
