Hello guys,
I have a customer with very strange errors occuring when backing up Cluster Shared Volume of Hyper-V hosts. Please see below:
OS: Win 2008 R2 x64
Software: Backup Exec 2010 R2 64bit + Hyper-V agent
CSV Cluster: Windows 2008 R2 64bit

The Media Server was unable to connect to remote machine BBBB.BBBB.local on network interface TSA NIC.
So far, my troubleshooting for AOFO and VSS writer was:

I've tried every single article, but without any success on applying successful solution.

Create new job make sure to all select VM's under Virtual node only (CSV clusster name)
select all hosts without hyper V and VM's
and try backup to Normal b2d folder first.
Also all VM need to have BE remote agnet installed and turned on for GRT backups.

Hi Chris,
Please follow th below link for resolution, apply the vss patch for hyper from MS if required, reboot the hyper-v server & re-try the operation :

also make sure you have not selected AOFO when backing up VMs.
upload the results as you get....
