SBS/2003 small business VERITAS V10 in the Job selection when I check on Microsoft exchange mail boxes I get to put user name and password I use the admin how can I make that admin access mail box so VERITAS can backup exchange

I sent remote agent to another server where do i enter the license code i got from Dell for the remote agent?

Hi,

1. You need an own mailbox for the user that you use to backup the Exchange mailboxes.
The user needs admin rights on the storage group.

2. Menue "Tools/Serial numbers and Installation"
