BU Exec 2014 Error attempting to B/U Guest OS in Virtual Environmnet

Environmnet

Windows Server 2012, w/ BU Exec 2014 installed.

Target is a Windows 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 Windows Server, w/ a successful installation of the "Back Up Exec Agent for Windows"

The host of the target is also a Windows 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 Windows Server.

After some testing, and cleaning of the target, I now get the following error.

I have searched the error, & found a few references to the following articel. TECH113867 (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH113867)

• bv-Admin for Windows
• 7.2 (SP1)

I dont think that applies to BU 2014.  Any ideas, or am I possible missing a patch?
