Hi,
I'm trying to connect backup exec 15 to my vcenter environment (version 6).
The connection is failed, I get an error: "The server was unable to complete the requested operation. Failed to retrieve root level item from agent. Possible cause: A communication failure has occurred."
I tried to add a different vcenter,it was added successfully, the difference between those vcenters are that the large environment with 30 host and 3000 virtual machines can't be added to the backup exec and the small vcenter environment can be added.
Did anyone have advice?
