Back up of the data and catalogs folders of the media server

Hi,

Kindly note that when backing up the Data and Catalogs folder the job is failing with the following error.

Fimal error: 0xe00084af - The direcory or file was not found or could not be accessed.

Backup- \\BEX.x.com.lb\C:
Directory Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data\DEBTMANAGER-DB-PD-16-12-2014-04-59\MP00\C\ was not...
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

V-79-57344-33967 - The directory or file was not found, or could not be accessed.

Is the Advanced Open File option enabled in the backup job ? If yes, have you explicitly set it to choose the MS vss proivder ?

Secondly, do ensure the backup of the media server is preferably not conflicting with the schedules of other backup jobs.
