BackUp Exec Error E0000F16

May BackUP Exec Version 12 is getting the following errors while trying to execute a backup.

V-79-57344-33035 - Unable to acquire device for the specified pool and media

V-79-57344-33035 - Error - Mount failed.
Physical Volume Library Drive not found.

I have read the knowledge base articles for these and the resolutions listed have not fixed the error. 

Everything was working with no problems until I accident knockout the plug to the power strip in the server cabinet while installing a new server.  The other server is working just fine with no problems but not matter what I try I can't get this working again.

I have tried rebooting and shutting down the server, I have tried powering down the Dell Powervault Tape Drive and turning back on, I have tried different tapes, and I have made sure that the device is showing properly and with no errors in the Device Manager.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting the tape drive,

1) In the Devices tab, right-click on the drive and uncheck Enable

2) Delete the drive.

3) Power down the server and the drive.

4) Power up the drive

5) After the drive is stable, power on the server.

6) Check that the device is properly recognised in BE

Deleted the divice - reboot
It did one good job, but then it has these errors
1. E0000F16
2. E00001D9

What is the symtom?
Hardware? 
Software?
Network?
