Backing up Symbolic link however it backs up only link file not data

Hello 

We are trying to backup our linux RHEL 6 and we have symbolic links configured for few directories.

For example.

/Work directory is having a symbolic link under /username directory. 

When we backup /Username folder it backs up the 1KB file not the data located under /Work folder.

I have selected required options under backup job 

A) Back up files and directories by following symbolic links

B) Follow local mount points

C) Follow remote mount points

Please suggest...

...whoops, looks like this was removed in BE 2012 so it actually might not be available in BE 2014!
