Backing up a NAS

Hi everyone!!!  I am trying to back up a NAS device, my jobs succeed with exceptions.

V-79-57344-3844 - The Backup Exec server was unable to connect to the Remote Agent on machine 

The Backup Exec server will use the local agent to try to complete the operation.

I cant install the remote agent because it is just a nas.  How do I fix this?

Turn off AOF in your job properties.

You have to live with exception , as no remote agent can be installed on the NAS. There was a recent Idea posted on ignoring this exception , you may vote on that if you want.https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/ideas/option-remove-agent-not-installed-warning
