Backing up clustered SQL databases

I need to setup some SQL backups in a two node clustered environment.  My question is do I need to install the remote agent on each node?  Also as far as licensing, would I need to have a SQL license for each individual node, or just get one for the virtual instance of the server?

You will need two sql agent licenses and both nodes must have Remote Agent software installed. But, the backup selections would be done from under the virtual node name.
