Backsup are failing

I am having Symantec Backupexec 2010, from yesterday my backups are not taking place and I am getting following error "Final error: 0xe0008703 - The test run has detected a potential problem. See the job log for details"

I am also not able to do test run

please help

Furthermore, make sure your media server is fully patched with all available updates, and that these patches have been push-installed to any remote servers you might have.

Are you running the backup jobs or only test run?

Test run can fail due to multiple reasons like media availability, credentials check, etc. Please check the details in the job log.
