I'm currently running Backup Exec for Windows ver 9.1 Rev 4691. Within the last couple of days the backup has failed with the following message "a000810d - Physical Volume Library Media not found". I've changed tapes but I'm still getting the same error message. I don't know if there is a problem with the tape device itself or some sort of configuration issue.
