Hi.

I use Symantec backup Exce 2014 on Windows Server 2012R2.
When I try to add a new server to my backup jobs, then i got this error.: E00086CC.
After I have done the settings on this page: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO80805 I got the E0009B61 Error.

I know the Username and password are correct (Administrator user) and are member in all the groups that's needed
Is here anyone that have a solution on this?

Administrator user are member of:
-Administrators
-Backup Operators
-Distributed COM Users
-Domain Admins
-Domain Users
-Enterprise Admins
-Group Policy Creator Owners
-Scan Operators
-Schema Admins
-Server Operators
-Users

Thanks in advance

Pls do ensure the BE services are running under a domain account (in the format domain\user) except the Remote Agent service which should be under the local system account.

The BE account should have these rights as well - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH23689

I have done all this settings, but I got the same error.
Any suggestions?

Is a default system logon account configured ? If yes, ideally it should be the same account under which the BE services are running.

Are you logged in to the BE server using the same account or a different account ?

I've spent using domain administrator. I have not tried the default system logon account before now, and it worked. Looks like this has solved my problem. Thank you

Only the BE remote agent service skills be using the LSA. The rest of the services should be using a domain admin account
