Backup Exchange with GRT fails

I use Backup Exec 2010 to backup my servers. One of them is an Exchange 2003 server (which is on another domain) with the BE client installed. When I use GRT in the job, the job fails with the error:

e000ff02 - one or more of the databases for this storage group are currently dismounted.

When I disable GRT the backup seems to go well.

Hello,

Try unchecking the GRT option in the backups and perform the backups on Disk.

I think its a bug in BE2010
