Backup Exec 10.0 Service Pack 1 failed to install on the media server; we have SSo server where installation BE10.0 SP1 was successful, but on the media server installation failed. No errors messages, only message that you need to try it later. Installation was interrupted.
Backup Exec generates the installation log file named Bkupinst.log in \WINNT folder. Open that file and try to find the error message. We would require an exact error message to diangnose the exact cause of the issue.
