Backup Exec 10.1 GUI Problem

I just upgraded to BE 10.1 with no problems and so far everything seems to work EXCEPT. When in full screen mode, the display pane for both the DEVICE/SLOTS and the MEDIA tabs do not show all the items and columns available and no scroll bars are available.

For example, in for my tape library, I have 104 slots but I can only display slots 0 through 86. If I reverse the sort order, I see slots 103 through 17. I also only see the 5 leftmost columns even though all columns are selected to be displayed

Hi,

-Have you upgraded from BE version 8.x or 9.x ?
-Is the device detected in a correct way in device manager and in backup exec ?

Update us on the same and revert for any further Query
Hope this will help you

Thank you
Gauri

I upgraded from BE 10.0 to 10.1

Everything appears okay in both the Device Manger and in BE.

The only problem is the truncated display in the right hand portion of the screen.

Hello,

Was it working in BE 10.0 version?

Please try running a repair installation and then verify the result:
