I need to add a new computer with Windows 7 via LAN to a backup job in Symantec Backup Exex 11d rev6235 SP3 that is installed on a computer with Windows XP. Symantec Backup Agents are installed on the rest of computers (in the same LAN and in the same backup job, also with XP) and the job runs correctly on them, but when I try installing the same Agent on the new computer, it is rejected because of known compatibility issues.
If I need a newer version of the program to be compatible with Windows 7 (e.g. 11d Build 7170), where do I find a contact (e-mail or phone) of a person to whom I can give information of my licencing and upgrading history and who can inform me about possibilities for solving this issue?
