We have Backup Exec 12.5 and I would like to perform System Recovery for Exchange 2007 Hub/CAS Server from the Central Administrative Server. I would like to know how can I do it.

Not sure if you are asking about the entire DR process or only recovering Exchange. So I will list all steps.
1. Recover the Windows OS using the technote below
http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH10837
2. Once this is performed, move to the DR process of the Exchange Hub/CAS roles as per Microsoft procedure (Setup /m:RecoverServer) refer to the article below
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123496(v=exchg.80).aspx

What you need to perform the steps above -
A Full backup of that server performed using Backup Exec (Complete all resources). Inventory and catalog the Tape / disk media from the CAS.
Exchange setup CD/DVD

I would like to take the snapshot/image of the server so that I can recover in case of any failure. I am trying to install service pack on the server for Exchange 2007.
