As i understood this question, the Console hangs on the server itself..?
Do you receive any eventlogs regarding this action or is the console "just not respondig"?

I have CASO server and 15 MMS servers
Yes i am facing problem with CASO Server, and did not getting any event logs
will you help to gather logs, any tool

Hello,

Start SGMon.exe and select "Job Engine", Backup Exec Server, Administration Console and VxMon and try to edit the policy again, attact the SgMon logs and upload.
