Backup Exec 12.5 - restores to Nas Box

Morning all

I am trying to do some restores to a NAS Box. Normal restores (Individual Files or Mail Boxes) i do to the C Drive of my backup server work with no issues, but when i changing the location to the NAS Box i get lots of permission and access is denied errors.

Any ideas where i am going wrong please?

Windows data cannot be restored to NAS and vice versa.

You have to perform a redirect restore and then copy over the files which you restores.

Do your BE have the proper permission to access the NAS?
