Backup Exec 12.5 support IBM 3200 Tape library with 2 drives

I am trying to install backup exec 12.5 with  IBM 3200 Tape library with 2 drives. But it is recognize only one drive and other drive it does not identify. For resolving it I have installed sp3 for backup Exec also but still the same issues. I have checked and found a patch for the same.

Windows 2008 with sp2

Hello,

As I understand, Backup Exec recognizes only 1 Drive of the 2 Drives. Are both the drives listed in the Device Manager? If both the Drives are listed in the Device Manager, Please follow the steps below to force Backup exec to talk with both the drives
1  : Open the Devices TAB in Backup Exec
2  : Right Click on the Drive and select Disable, right click again and delete the Drive
3  : Right Click on the Medium Changer Disable and Delete it.
Now we wont be able to see any drive or the Tape Library in Backup exec
4  : Go to Tools-->Backup Exec Services and restart all the Services

This will force Backup Exec to recognize the Drives.

Make sure that you have a LEO (Library Expansion Option) License in place as Backup Exec supports only 1 Drive in a TAPE Library with Base License.

Please let me know the results

It's a licensing issue. Please load a second license as per Dev T's suggestion. It won't work otherwise.
