Backup Exec 12 - Probeversion abgelaufen trotz Lizenz?

Hallo!

Wir haben "Backup Exec 12" auf einem Win2003 SBS laufen.
Seite ein paar Jahren ohne größere Probleme - jetzt meldet BE, dass die Probeversion abgelaufen sei? Was soll denn das???
Ein erneutes hinzufügen der Lizenzen ist nicht möglich, da der Punkt "Zusätzliche Optionen" ausgegraut ist!

Was ist da passiert?
Hat jemand eine Lösung?

If repair hasn't work for you than as suggested in previous post you should reinstall BE.

Refer to the below article for more information on how to reinstall Backup Exec without losing any data.

In BE console, click on Tools -> Install Options and License Keys.

Remove and Re-add license key and then follow the wizard to recyle the services.

What you are facing was a known issue with BE 12.0 as outlined in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH67566

This was fixed in later versions of BE. You can try to choose Repair and let the repair complete. Once the repair completes, try to choose install again and see if additional options appear or not.

As an extreme last resort, another option is to reinstall Backup Exec retaining the Data & Catalogs.

Eine Reparatur brachte leider keinen Erfolg.

Wie ist in diesem Fall eine Neuinstallation ohne den Verlust der hinterlegten Daten wie Jobs, Medienzuweisung usw. möglich?
