Backup Exec 13 + MS CRM 4 = Can't backup DB

I've spent 3 hrs today trying to get CRM 4 DB backed up with BE2010 but seems impossible. I'm running SQL 2008 Enterprise and everything it's updated, i really can't understand what's going on, so i'm here to ask the failsafe setting for SQL Agent and CRM 4 backup. Running Windows Server 2008 SP2 on a Domain. I keep getting error and BE tell FORESTASERVER\FC_MSCRM is damaged (Error e00084af - V-79-57344-33967) and can't find/access file but it isn't, i've checked it many times with SQL managment tool and rebuild indexes too. Also complains on MS_CONFIG and transaction logs prevent backup. Please help.

I found a work around to the issue. I stopped the the SQL VSS writer service and the backup worked.
