Backup Exec 14 have some issue

Hi guys,

We have some issue with BE 14 and its related to Tape.

first Error:

Final error: 0xe0000900 - The requested media is not listed in the media index and could not be mounted. To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the Catalog operation.

Second

Final error: 0xe000fe1f - The device cannot be found.

Your tape drive/library could have a hardware error. You should run the manufacturer's diagnostics utility against the tape drive/library. Make sure you select the write test and that all the BE services are stopped beforehand
