Backup Exec 15 - Dell Tape Library 2000 sequence tapes used

We use Backup Exec 15 FP5 with a Dell TL2000 and we are using 3 tapes, all overwitable and not using barcodes. When the backup starts it begins with tape 3, tape 1 and then the last tape 2. Backup runs fine but why is it not starting with tape 1, 2 and then 3?

Attached screenshot displays, the backup (dual tape unit) starts with slot 14, then slot 12 and the last on slot 13 is not used yet.

It could be that they have slightly different times to be overwritten and BE is going according to this.
