Backup Exec 15 duplicate backup job

Hi

I am setting up at Duplicate to Tape stage for my file server and i am a bit unsure what to thoose in the setting:

I know not to use 'All backups', but does 'most recent full backup' only duplicate the latest Full backup or does it add the incemental backups to the full backup up to the date whare the duplicate job is run ?

Could someone explain the difference between 'Most recent full backup' and 'Selected backups' and also what they actually do/include.

in the duplicate job iam facing an issue which is "schedule specified for incremental job is invalid"  where i've changed the job from most recent job to incremental job in the edit option...plz tel me what to do...
