Backup Exec 16 Event Log message

Hi Support,

We have installed BE16 on Windows sever 2012 R2 and found the below log from windows event log as below. Anyone can help on this issue ?

Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL SQLAgent$BKUPEXEC. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the Windows error code.
