Backup Exec 16 Fails to Backup System State on Windows 2012R2

Currently experiencing an issue while attempting to backup our Windows 2012 R2 Servers using Backup Exec 16. Trying to do a full system backup using the Backup Exec Service Account which has been granted the following User Rights:

Act as part of the Operating System

Create a Token Object

Backup Files and Directories

Restore Files and Directories

Manage audit and security logs

Logon as a Batch Job

Logon as a Service

Member of the Local Administrators Group

I have also configured AOFO to use Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider and deselected Enable single instance backup for NTFS volumes, Back up files and directories by following juntion points and mount points, and Back up files and directories by following symbolic links but we still receive the following errors:

None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.

Access denied to directory System Volume Information\RemoteVss\.

Directory \\XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX\C:\System Volume Information\RemoteVss was not found, or could not be accessed.

None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.

I have also looked at the vssadmin list writers on the server and all report no errors and stable

Anyone have a solution so I can get a successful full backup including the System State?

You need a domain admin account to backup the system state
