Backup Exec 16 - Job Sequential

Hi all,

I am running BE 16 on Windows Server 2012 R2. I create some backup jobs. Could u advice me how to configure these jobs to run sequentialy. I mean that when job A stop, job B will start.

Create a multi server Backup Job. Select multiple server (press shift while selecting ) and then right click and create a backup job. This way the resources can be backed up serially

OR

You can create multiple Jobs and direct it to a storage which is capable of only running one job. if backing up to tape then if you have one drive then only one backup job will run. If you want to backup to disk storage then set the concurrency to 1 so that only one backup runs at a time. This way the other jobs will not run until device with 1 concurrency is available.

Put all jobs on hold and use BEMCLI to start the next job in the sequence.
