Backup Exec 2010 Lotus Domino Agent - No Lotus Domino Option Available

gitrdone564

We have just purchased the Lotus Domino Agent and have installed the license key on the media server.

The remote agent for Windows is installed on our Domino server and we are backing up other data successfully from it.

However, we still do not see the Lotus Domino option on the Media server when attempting to create backups.

I have restarted the media server, removed the license and reinstalled it again and reinstalled the remote agent on the Domino server and still do not see it.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but can't seem to find it.

These are all W2k3 x86 machines w/SP2.

I am in the process of updating BE 2010 w/Liveupdate to see if that helps.

ZeRoC00L I just ran LiveUpdate again and for some reason I'm now getting the Lotus Domino option under my Domino server.

Let's hope it works!

Thanks for bearing with me.

LiveUpdate went fine but we still have the issue.

What do you expect to see ?

If you setup a new job, can you see Lotus Domino on the left side of the screen (under settings) ?

I do see Lotus Domino on the left but the options are grayed out and I do not see the Lotus Domino option similar to what you're showing there with the Microsoft SQL option.
