I am getting this during environment check > Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is not installed on this computer. You must install the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager component to enable the Backup Exec Security Summary. For more information, click here.
The server has Symantec Endpoint Protection installed. Why I am getting this?
Thanks,

As BE 2010 is old and you are almost certainly running an upto date version of SEP this may be the reason as it cannot detect the version you are running.
As an aside this only integrates some basic security summary information and provides an ability to auto-run a backup job agaisnt secuurity level changes - and as you might be running someone esle's security software it should not block the install (so it should be a warning and not a blocking message)
