Backup Exec 2010 R3 backup of Hyper-V server with Exchange 2010 installed

We are backing up a Hyper-v server using BE 2010 R3. The backup server is Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1. We get the exact error described in this link: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH163814&key=56792&actp=LIST, however there is no current fix listed and I have been unable to find details of one?

Backup- VRTSRV::\\MSCluster.<companydomain>\Hyper-V?HA?VM\<EX2010Server>V-79-57344-65097 - Error. Cannot backup directory \zzzVirtApp001zzz and its subdirectories.

Is there a fix or work around in place for this isse at the moment?

As you see in the Technote you are refering to, Symantec is investigating this issue.

I suggest to contact Symantec Support and ask the status of this issue. Maybe they can do some more research in your environment that may help them in finding a solution.
