I have installed and updated BE to R3 and I have installed all the latest patchs as of today (10/03/2012). When my daily backup runs, it will hang on copying the system state of a remote server and I am unable to eject the tape (DLT2) from the tape drive unless I reboot the tape drive and server that the BE host is installed on which is not an option during the day. Does anyone know of any issues that may cause this. i have looked at the forumns and did not see anything that is exactly the same. We are not using VSS on this server. The system log and application log are not showing any errors either.
