Backup Exec 2010 and Exchange 2010 - Cannot extract mailbox messages from the Exchange backup

Hello all

I have been using Backup Exec to back up several servers for months with generally little problems but last night my backup returned the errors below, can anyone provide some insight into this please?

Hi

First of all ensure backup exec 2019 is on version R3 and ensure using live update all updates like sp2 and other updates are installed and remote agent on exchange node are also on same level as media server.

If you have recently installed any patch for windows or any updates ensure you restart the exchange server once or else if exchange server is not restarted from long time restart it once

Guys, this is an old post and a new post should have been created...

@Backup_Exec: Check the version tagged by the user...it is BE 10.x, so being on BE 2010 R3 doesn't mean anything. It is an irrelevant version...also, how relevant is that TN that doesn't address the issue originally experienced by the OP months ago???
